FOUNDATION-EVALUATION BLOCK TRISTEZA TESTING COMPLETED

As it was previously announced the CCPP tested with ELISA the entire Foundation-Evaluation Block for tristeza during the month of April. Testing was completed last week and all the trees tested negative for the tristeza virus. The two original tristeza positive trees were immediately removed from the Block at the time of detection.

The CCPP will proceed with the normal budwood cut on the week of the 12th of June 2006. The budwood cut letters with the order forms have been mailed already and the CCPP will be waiting for your orders before the 8th of June 2006.
